Airbag recall work was carried out quickly and some maintenance issues we identified were resolved smoothly, however the trim on the passenger side was not refitted correctly and came loose soon after. Easy to resolve but a point deducted for that.

The company provided a courtesy car which was very helpful. The staff were also helpful and efficient The car was supposed to be cleaned inside and out and the outside was not completely clean
