MOT was fine. But I reported two problems i) iDrive is not rebooting even after pressing vol button for one minute. ii) microphone from car's Bluetooth is very poor and not audible to other end of the phone, this was not diagnosed correctly.

You charge fee for any kind of inspection like 200 pounds that is very high amount,then instead of changing the part that is fault you want to change the whole part,so it was need to change a module and you want to change the whole headlight

During the service I received a video explaining the condition of my car and in this case no additional work was needed. I was advised my car was in very good condition. MOT passed. The service team explained what had been carried out in the service.
